Stacey Tinker

Stacey graduated from the University of Connected in 1996 with a BA in music and a BS in education where she studied cello with Mary Lou Rylands. She went on to earn an MS in Elementary Education from Central CT State University and a 6th Year certificate in Music Education from the Hartt School of Music.  She has been a general music teacher (K-5) and string orchestra teacher (grades 4-6)  for 26 years in the Glastonbury Public Schools. As a certified TEAM mentor and cooperating teacher, Stacey has helped many first year teachers through student teaching and then the TEAM module process.  In addition, Stacey has worked with colleagues to develop, write, and evaluate string curriculum and general music curriculum.
